Mark Perlstein
A graduate of the University of Illinois, with a degree in architecture, Mark spent 8 years working as an architect for commercial and residential projects before joining the company in 1985. He has been extensively involved in high-end specialty retail developments and urban-revitalization projects in the Indianapolis market. His expertise is site selection, tenant/landlord representation throughout Indiana and the Midwest for local and national retailers, restaurants and owners. Contact Mark

Scott Gray
Scott specializes in landlord and tenant representation. He is currently involved in the leasing of more than 2.5 million square feet of retail space. Before joining the company, Scott enjoyed a successful sales career in consumer products. His client list includes high profile retailers such as, JC Penney, LA Fitness, Gap and The Mattress Firm to name a few. Scott was recently appointed to the board of directors of ChainLinks Retail Advisors, is a past Chairman of the Indiana ICSC Convention and is a former Indiana State Director for ICSC. Contact Scott

Steve Delaney
A graduate of Indiana University with a degree in finance, Steve began his career more than 20 years ago as the founder and CEO of a regional multi-unit restaurant chain. He grew the chain to encompass 3 restaurant concepts and 26 units before leaving to join our company in 1994. Steve specializes in site selection and market development for national and regional restaurant companies seeking locations in the Midwest. Contact Steve

Larry Davis
A graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in finance, Larry began his retail real estate career in 1997 and joined the company in 1998. His expertise is in tenant and landlord representation providing superior market knowledge for local and national clients.
