Sitehawk brings retailer, Garden Ridge, to Indianapolis

Sitehawk senior leasing associate, Wayne O’Hara represented Home Depot and Garden Ridge in securing the first store location for Garden Ridge in the Indianapolis market.

The 110,000 s.f. store will occupy the former Builders Square location at the Centre West development on the northeast corner of 46th Street and Lafayette Road. Garden Ridge has a projected opening date for mid- February 2008 which closely coincides with the opening of the new 176,000 s.f. Wal-Mart Supercenter at Centre West. “Centre Properties is thrilled to have Garden Ridge co-anchor the Centre West development. The size and uniqueness of Garden Ridge will attract customers from quite a distance outside the present trade area.” Said Tom Doyle, Vice President of Centre Properties.
